The burglar alarm is monitored 24 hours a day through the installed system.
In the event of an emergency, the system transmits a signal to the Everest Security monitoring center. The alarm system monitoring center will attempt to contact the owner or responsible person via phone after the signal is received.
During Installation we take contact details of more than one person If one person who answers the phone cannot supply the pre-defined password, or if the person do not answers the phone, we call second person who is authorities. We keep on contacting till we do not get response from the Customer.
The Premises is monitored 24 to prevent unauthorized person to stay at the premises. This option can be define according to the working hours at the premises as Bank and other Businesses.
A Full report will be provided to the customers according to their needs monthly by mail /fax /etc….

EVENTS IN WHICH WE IMMEDIATELY CALL CUSTOMER
1. When customer Opens Branch (Deactivate the Security System) in irregular time we call Customer immediately and take the feedback for the same (For Example: If Branch Opening time is 10:00 AM and customer opens before 8:00 AM we immediately call Customer and take the feedback for the same )
2. We call customer when they Open Branch on mentioned Holidays
3. When customer does not Close Branch (Activate the Security System) in regular time we call Customer after 30 minutes and take the feedback for the same (For Example: If Branch Closing time is 07:00 PM and branch is still open after 07:00 PM we call customer at 07:30 PM and ask the reason for the same and time of Closing)
4. We call customer when we receive Emergency Panic Message and if the First call does not get receive we contact on Backup numbers and if than also we are not able to contact the Branch we directly inform at the Head Office
5. After System Activation (Close) when we receive Alarm Message (Theft Message, Wire Breaking Message, Temper Open Message, Key-Pad Breaking Message, etc) we immediately call Customer anytime and inform them the time and type of Alarm and the location of the same. When Customer reaches the Location for Investigating and after that if customer does not call at our Center Monitoring Station to give information of the situation at the Location than we again call the customer for the status of the Location
